House Extension - West Beach

We have been busy this month completing a home extension in West Beach. Construction began early Feb and started by setting out the job in accordance to the plans supplied. We then prepared the rubble subgrade pad. Epic Concrete supplied, installed and compacted the quarry rubble, supplied by Resource Co, to level and then began excavation.

The home owners are maintaining parts of the existing structure so we had to take extra precautions while excavating the footings to ensure nothing was damaged. Epic Concrete removed and dumped all spoil from site using our tipper truck. We are currently installing the plastic forticon membrane and steel fixing the reinforcing which has been supplied by Bianco Reinforcing. We will be ready to pour using Adbri concrete on Saturday whilst utilising a team of skilled concreters and ensuring the final product is nothing short of exceeding our clients expectations.
