After a well earned break, we're back on the tools for 2022. We started the year off constructing a concrete ramp to create access to a sloping block which has been terraced to create useable space. This ramp is part of an ongoing project we began in 2021 and is located on acreage in Salisbury Heights.
By working closely with the client throughout the design process, we have a created a cost effective, yet practical and visually appealing solution to their retaining and landscaping needs on a significantly large scale.
Early last year, we constructed retaining walls around the large property using Jaffa Limestone blocks (https://www.jaffalimestone.com.au/) to separate a number of different levels which worked to set apart the different landscapes between the areas.
The next stage of this project will consist of some basic civil duties, installing mains water around the property for both irrigation and a fire sprinkler system.
We will also install storm water pits and drains as required at shed and garage entrances. Finally we will prepare and compact a rubble subgrade to suit approx. 400m2 of concrete driveway. This project is absolutely EPIC stay tuned!
